The shipping was not exactly the fastest and the package tracking was not very good, but the product it self was worth the delay. The zune case was less than I could have gotten it for downtown. It works well and is good quality.
You wouldn't have to take it out of the case all the time. I like the case alot. It would be better if it had a hole in the bottom to plug in the cable from computer or charger.
